When asked what part Christian Faith plays in our daily lives, I reflect and answer what part doesn't it play. The biggest challenges that we face each day of the week are the ones that tend to push us to our limits. Push us to our limits of understanding and knowledge both spiritually and temporally. But in order to grow, we need to step out on the limb of life and go beyond that comfort zone of what we know and understand. This growth in our physical, and in our spiritual lives is necessary so that we can become all God wants us to be. These steps are not always easy, nor are they comfortable, and some are difficult to endure. It is through Faith that we find our strength, and perseverance to take these steps, and it is through the church community that we are nurtured and cared for as we take these steps.

The Apostle Paul tells us in scripture that we are able to fulfill all that we can be, and all that we need be, because in Faith we are united with Christ:
Galatians 2:20 "....it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me."
Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Him (Christ) who strengthens me."
It is also in our Christian Fellowship that we find strength to enable us to take on these challenges, and claim the promises of our Faith. In knowing that others are walking with us in faith, our faith is strengthened, helping us to grow and lead full and complete lives.
